I work with a spectrum of light that is invisible to the human eye. Through this process, I move away from documenting reality and instead create images that reveal an expanded version of it. What appears familiar is reinterpreted as a vivid color abstraction shaped by unseen light.
It is the soft, almost tender feeling that comes over us when we sense how fleeting things are, and grant them their beauty precisely because of it. Here, transience is not loss but what makes a moment precious. We love the world not in spite of its impermanence, but through it.

Infrared has no color. You give it one, and something comes back that wasn’t visible before.
The name comes from chemistry, the symbol from alchemy. Both mean the same as the images: something surfaces.
